Payment methods for booking
1. Online payment by Russian bank card
This payment method supports payments only from cards issued by Russian banks, as well as from Mir payment system cards issued by banks in other countries.
<The cash receipt in electronic form will be provided by Comfort Booking. You will receive it after payment to the email address you provided when booking. Closing documents confirming the fact of accommodation and provision of services for the entire period are provided upon request.
Payment processing is carried out by the PayAnyWay processing system.
When choosing one of the payment systems (see what type of system is on your card – the icon on the card itself) to enter your bank card data, you will be redirected to the payment form of the processing center of SBERBANK PJSC. Here you need to enter your card details (they are indicated on the card itself):
- card number (16-18 consecutive digits indicated on the front side);
- last name and first name as they are indicated on the map itself in Latin letters;
- card validity period;
- The additional code CVV2 – in the Visa payment system and CVC2 – in MasterCard (it is located on the back of the card) to the right of the magnetic stripe – consists of three digits.
After entering the specified data, click Continue/Further/Pay and the system will automatically transfer you to the password entry page.
A mobile phone number is linked to your card (account number or card number), to which you will receive an SMS confirmation with a one-time password from the 900 number (the number of the contact center of Sberbank PJSC).
The received password must be entered in a special field on the payment page. After entering the password, you need to click Confirm/To pay.
After authorization and successful completion of the payment (sometimes this process takes from 5-10 seconds to 60 seconds), a message about payment completion will be displayed on the screen.
The system will automatically redirect you back to our website. If you have any questions during the payment process, there was a payment failure or a delay of more than the specified time, please contact the Sberbank contact center at toll-free 900 (for calls from a mobile phone) or 8 800 555 55 50
After payment, a confirmation sheet with all booking information or upon request from the administrator will be sent to the email you specified, if it is indicated in a special column.
2. Payment by QR code (With BP) Quick payment system
The entire amount is paid, the cost of the first day or 50%, depending on the terms of the tariff.
The cash receipt in electronic form will be provided by Comfort Booking. You will receive it after payment to the email address you provided when booking. Closing documents confirming the fact of accommodation and provision of services for the entire period are provided upon request.
The Fast Payment System is the easiest and safest payment method. You do not need to specify your card details: just scan the QR code through your bank's smartphone app and confirm the payment. This payment method is supported by many banks, for example, VTB, Tinkoff, Russian Standard, Ak Bars Bank, Raiffeisenbank and others. View the full list of banks.

3. Payment on credit*
The cash receipt in electronic form will be provided by Comfort Booking. You will receive it after payment to the email address you provided when booking. The closing documents confirming the fact of accommodation and provision of services for the entire period will be provided to you by the accommodation facility or facility.
The payment method is available only for Russian citizens. To make a payment on credit, fill out the form and wait for approval — it will be reviewed in a few minutes. You will see the total amount and payment schedule before making a payment on credit.
* A loan is understood to be a loan provided by the microfinance organization MKK Credit Line LLC" (PayLate).
1. Deferred payment (link to payment)
The link is valid for 12 hours.
The administrator generates a link to the payment upon request and sends it in any convenient way: mail, Telegram, WhatsApp. You need to click on the link and check the total amount, the amount of prepayment, the date of stay, the number of guests, etc. Also on this page you can find all the information regarding the conditions of booking, accommodation, and refund. Next, you need to click the "I agree" button with the online booking rules, personal data processing and privacy policy - you can also get acquainted with the information by clicking on the link by clicking on a specific document.
Next, you will be redirected to the payment form of the processing center of SBERBANK PJSC, where information will also be written: the name of the guest complex, the reservation number, the full name of the person for whom the reservation was made, the arrival dates. Here you need to enter your card details (they are indicated on the card itself):

3. Account for sole proprietors and Legal entities
The administrator issues an invoice for payment upon your request.
To do this, you need to send the organization's card or the details of the sole proprietor. After payment, you will need to send a payment order confirming the payment.
Closing documents confirming the fact of accommodation and provision of services for the entire period are provided upon request.
Settlement conditions
To check into the hotel, you will need one of the original documents:
- For Russian citizens: passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation
- For children under the age of 14: birth certificate.
- For Russian citizens permanently residing abroad: a foreign passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
- For foreign citizens: a passport of a foreign citizen or other identity document that is recognized on the territory of Russia.
- temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
- For stateless persons: an identity document issued by another state and recognized on the territory of Russia; a temporary residence permit without citizenship; a residence permit without citizenship.
- A passport of a citizen of the USSR, certifying the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, before replacing it with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation within the prescribed period.
- For citizens who do not have a residence permit in the Krasnodar Territory - a resort fee of 50 rubles. per day per person (in Cash) who has reached the age of 18 and plans to stay at the hotel for more than 24 hours.
- A deposit of 5,000 rubles. (In cash) - returns on departure.
Check-in at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of the parents who are with them (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person(s), provided that such accompanying person(s) provide the consent of legal representatives (one of them), as well as birth certificates of these minors. Check-in at the hotel of minors who have reached the age of 14, in the absence of legal representatives being near them, is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of legal representatives (one of them). (ed. Attention. A driver's license, a foreign passport, as well as other documents not approved by the legislation of the Russian Federation, cannot be used for check-in.
